Believe me, it’s been a very long time I was looking forward to sharing this update. 😉
I’m happy to share that all your contact requests are now available in a new feature on Properstar. We call it Messages, and it will be the home of all your conversations with agents around the world.
How does that work? When you book a tour or send an enquiry to an agent, we will now automatically create a conversation that will be available in Messages. It’s exactly the same as other messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessages.
While the feature is available for all home seekers, we’re gradually rolling it out to agents. Your experience could hence be slightly different depending if they’ve already enabled Messages or not:

If Messages is turned ON for the agent, they’ll reply right there on Properstar and you’ll receive a notification for all new messages by email.

If Messages is turned OFF for the agent, they’ll reply by email or will call you by phone, just as it was in the past.
Our ambition at Properstar is always to remove the friction and bridge the gap between you and the agent. We hope this new feature will increase the response rates and reduce the time before you get a reply from agents.
That’s just the beginning of a lot more exciting updates on Messages and Properstar in general.
